what i actually eat

i ate some cold potato soup that my cousin made.  5 out of 10, mostly due to it being still cold.

farm egg fried in olive oil, popcorn, and sriacha sauce.  9 out of 10 on tastiness scale.

today i have eaten

vegan chocolate velvet ice cream, vegan chocolate, and vegan chocolate cake.  i also had a handful of vitamin pills.

what i ate last night (not vegan): fish, fruits, french bread, fresh salad.

toasted baguette slices topped with sundried tomato paste, avocado, and cayenne pepper.  this is basically what i eat at least once a day, sometimes on a proper sandwich, sometimes just on a rice cake, and sometimes like this, like French sushi.

for all inquiring minds:

Jicama tastes like two potatoes crossed with an apple.  

i’ve cooked tofu another time.  marinated it in just some store-bought marinade/salad dressing/whatever and stir-fried it with some other vegetables.  i did this with a friend.

i had a swiss cheese grilled cheese sandwich, about a quarter of the sixe of a regular sandwich, but i still cheated on veganism.  i also cheated by tasting a few non-vegan but vegetarian dishes at sitar, and drinking an indian tea, which was creamy.   but otherwise i’ve been sticking to veganism.

this morning for breakfast i ate some vegan chocolate cherry oatmeal pecan cookie and black-eyed peas.  it made me wonder if when mary says peas and milk make a complete protein if she’s confused between peas and black-eyed peas.  because it sounds a lot more accurate.  

anyway, my camera cord isn’t working, i need to replace it and when i do maybe i’ll start taking pictures of my food again, but maybe not.  it was hard for me to remember after the first week or so.  cheers!
